Shipping and Delivery

ORMON PTY LTD delivers products Australia wide only, using various companies at its discretion.

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days from receipt oforder/payment, and shipping times are estimated at between 5-7 business days depending on customer’s location within Australia. Deliveries attract a flat shipping rate 0f $14.00 AUD, advertised in the current price list, regardless of quantity ordered.
ORMON PTY LTD shops good Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website. Please contact us on kingsenquiries@gmail.com to enquire about placing a special order.


All products distributed by ORMON PTY LTD are guaranteed against defects and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. The product is covered under warranty only if it was used for the purpose it was intended. This warranty is void in the event of misuse or abuse of the product. ORMON PTY LTD will not allow any claims for labor or other expenses necessary to replace or repair damages caused by defective product.

ORMON PTY LTD does not offer credit for defective stock. Products, which are found to be defective, will be replaced at no charge. Prior emailed and verbal notice and return of the product is required as follows; kingenquiries@gmail.com and Verbal notice: 0434 440 946

ORMON PTY LTD will not offer credit for inventory returned with no fault found, or as a result of inventory ordered which is surplus to requirement.

Damaged Stock Or Shortage In Shipment.

ORMON PTY LTD do not assume liability for damaged or missing stock and each case is to be handled ad hoc, based on circumstances. The customer is to accept the shipment and note “Carton was broken or damaged” with the courier.
The customer must notify ORMON PTY LTD within 5 days after receipt. Photographical evidence together with a copy of the courier note (“carton broken or damaged”) is required prior to any further investigation and replacement. Generally, damaged stock is replaced within one to two weeks; product return is required.

Pricing Policy

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). ORMON PTY LTD reserves the right to change it’s price structure at it’s discretion. Changes in price structure will be promptly notified to customers on our website.

Customer Service Policy 

ORMON PTY LTD is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 5-7 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully.  We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.  You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t do what it is supposed to do.
